For many years when I was young, we (my dad and siblings) would make my mom breakfast in bed on mother's day.
I'm sure we're not unique in that regards. One of the things about breakfast in bed is that it's always a hit. Even if you burn the pancakes. Because not everything in life is about what you get (burnt pancakes). It's about how you make people feel (happy & spoiled). In business this is true as well. You absolutely should have a great product or service (one that helps people and gives them the results they desire). But you shouldn't stop there. Because customers don't only buy based off results. They buy based off experiences. And experiences are created by a series of reactions. So be very thoughtful what sort of reactions you want your customers to have. And train your team to do the same. Happy mother's day to the mammas on my list. That's all for now. Tyler McCune Comments are closed.
