One of the unintended benefits of this freak storm that's currently hitting the globe (yes, shameful of me to find joy in global miseries... I know) is all the fun new words that get thrown about.
Words like: "Social Distancing" "Community Spread" "Contact Tracing" "Self-Isolation" And my favorite: "Covidiot" Definition: "Person who, in times of pandemic crises, unnecessarily hoards toilet paper and more food than a family of eight could possibly eat in a year, has no regard for the welfare of others by buying up absolutely everything, is a self serving nitwit, and likely hasn’t clue one about the actual disease." As a lover of language, it's hard for me not to enjoy the way "Covidiot" tickles the tongue and fellates the eardrum. But there's another word I've heard that, while enjoyable, might be able to put many extra doubloons into your chest of booty. That word is: "Super Spreader" And, if it wasn't obvious, a "Super Spreader" is: "an individual who is highly contagious and capable of transmitting a communicable disease to an unusually large number of uninfected individuals" So what the heck does this have to do with you? Well, in some ways, your brand is like a "Mental Contagion". It's something that starts inside your brain and — through communication — spreads to others. And: Once it has spread to others, they become "Vectors" for the contagion, able to spread it further and create more "Vectors", resulting in compounding growth. Pretty cool if you ask me. So the "Super Spreader" secret is simply this: When looking for free publicity, target influencers and connectors. Those that not only have large audiences, but that have build up credibility and authority with those audiences (I.E. have the ability to influence them). And I know this probably isn't a revolutionary idea to you. But it's something you can start doing in your business if you're not already. More: I talk about another way to get free publicity in my TCCIRL product which is on sale until Friday, March 27th at Midnight EST. It doesn't involve "Super Spreaders", per se. But it does show a proven way even green, oozing tenderfoots can partner with the "800-Lb Gorillas" of their industry. And if you're currently looking to take the jump into the next echelon of business (I.E. looking to level up the types of clients and customers you have... therefore being able to ramp up your prices and fees) then this strategy may be just what the doctor ordered. But you have to get it before the March 27th at Midnight EST deadline. Which will be here thicker than you quink. To do that, go here: www.copybymccune.com/tccirl Tyler McCune Comments are closed.
